THREE MORE New People’s Army (NPA) members surrendered to the military in Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, according to Army Lt. Col. Eugenio C. Osias IV. This brings the number of rebels who surrendered to 11 since January this year. Mr. Osias did not give out the names of the three.
