THE LAND Registration Authority (LRA) has released the guidelines for getting a certified true copy of an approved survey plan or land title from its one-stop shop at the LRA’s central office in Quezon City. Under Circular No. 28-2018, the LRA will use the Philippine Land Registration and Information System (PHILARIS) Central Office System to access records from any part of the country for the issuance of Certified True Copies of Approved Subdivision/Consolidation Plans (CTC-AP). Certified copies of titles are stored in the computerized Registries of Deeds (RD) nationwide. LRA has previously launched its Anywhere-to-Anywhere Service, which allows a CTC-AP issuance from any RD office. Payment for a CTC-AP are P48 per page for LRA fee, and P143.72 per page for IT Service fee, exclusive of value-added tax. The circular, issued on Oct. 14 and published on Oct. 23, takes effect after 15 days from publication.
