THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Camarines Sur 3rd District Engineering Office reported yesterday that the Barangays Sibaguan and Bongalon section of the Sagñay-Albay boundary road in Sagñay, Camarines Sur is impassable due to a landslide following heavy rains. The DPWH, in a statement, said equipment and personnel were already dispatched at the site to undertake clearing operations.
