Japanese ship on 3rd goodwill visit this year in Manila

JAPANESE SHIP (JS) Osumi of the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) arrived in Manila on April 26 for a three-day goodwill visit. On board JS Osumi are about 150 officers and crew led by Commander of Landing Ship Division One Captain Tomonori Kobayashi and commanding officer Captain Yuji Horikawa.
