THE P18.7 million upgrading of the highway leading to Alegria Falls in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur has been completed, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), easing travel to the tourist site and improving access for local economic activities. The project involved the concreting of 1.97 kilometers of road with lined canal and grouted riprap.
