A CURFEW has been implemented in General Santos City following Sunday’s explosion that left eight people hurt, local officials announced yesterday. In a press conference, Mayor Ronnel C. Rivera said the curfew hours are 12 midnight to 4 a.m. in the central business areas and 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. in all other areas. Stricter security measures as well localized curfews in every barangay are also being finalized and will be announced later. “A guideline for the imposition of stricter security measures will be issued for the guidance of the public,” Mr. Rivera said.
