Consultancy Knight Frank’s Wealth Report 2016 shows that the global population of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) has grown by 60% in the past decade and will increase by another 41% by 2025. Some 6,000 people fell out of the UHNWI bracket last year amid “slower economic growth and the more volatile financial climate,” the report said, but growth in emerging economies was faster.
