At 3:45 p.m. on February 25, 1986, a truck and a Jeep carrying loyalist soldiers wearing arm bands fired indiscriminately at crowds of people gathered along Tomas Morato Ave. in Quezon City. The shots hit two women and a man (shown in photo).
