ONE DISH that must always be present in any Filipino celebration is pancit, as the noodle dish symbolizes longevity and good health. Max’s Restaurant is now offering a different way of eating this traditional Filipino dish with its newest Crispy Pancit Canton. For P199, get a mountain of crispy, golden fried noodles, mixed with chicken balls, squid rings, as well as fresh vegetables. As soon as it reaches the tables, it is drizzled with of sauce.
