3 Michelin Star Master at Solaire

CHEF Jun Yukimura will be cooking at Solaire’s Yakumi restaurant.

SOLAIRE presents “Culinary Masters: Chef Jun Yukimura” as the 3 Michelin Star chef takes over the kitchen of Yakumi on June 6 to 8, from 7 to 10 p.m. “Culinary Masters” is a series of special dinner events that feature the ingenuity of some of the most prominent chefs from all over the globe. Mr. Yukimura’s culinary excellence was sharpened by 25 years of training in the former capital of Japan. Known for his imaginative take on the tradition of Kyoto cuisine, he opened Azabu Yukimura in 2000 which has garnered three Michelin Stars and propelled his restaurant into a must-visit in Tokyo. Mr. Yukimura is bringing his signature touch to Yakumi together with the restaurant’s Executive Japanese chef Norimasa Kosaka for a bespoke eight-course Kaiseki menu which will also features sakes that will complement each course.
