IT WILL be a hopping weekend at the walled city as VivaManila presents its first Intramuros Pasyal for 2016.

This time the group is partnering with the Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions’s (CITEM) Design Week Philippines which features a full weekend of workshops, mural paintings, and tours planned throughout Intramuros. VivaManila’s brief is to fill the streets with color, art, live performances, delicious food, and the coolest artisanal, home-grown goods they can find.
So on April 16 and 17, from 3 to 10 p.m., General Luna St. between Plazuela de Sta Isabel and San Agustin Church will be the site of a street fair. Stroll through one of Manila’s oldest streets, shopping, eating, taking in the street performers, and artists.
