MAJOR GENERAL Rolando D. Bautista, the overall ground commander in Marawi City, took command yesterday as head of 85,000-strong Philippine Army, replacing Lt. Gen. Glorioso V. Miranda. Mr. Bautista also previously served as commander of President Rodrigo R. Duterte’s Presidential Security Group (PSG). He graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1985. — Rosemarie A. Zamora
