THE subcompact sedan segment is the biggest and most competitive in the four-door passenger car realm. Needless to say, any player has to have the right attributes and skill sets to come out victorious.
The Almera is Nissan’s contender in this arena. It already has one of the roomiest cabins, smoothest rides, and most fuel-efficient engines in its class. But it’s not among the newest models out there, so a pinch of eye candy to help freshen up the looks would really help a lot.
To this end, Nissan turned to its aftermarket styling brand, N-Sport, to well, sportify its subcompact sales leader. Result? The Nissan Almera N-Sport. Nissan endowed the unassuming Almera with an upscale chrome grille, an N-Sport Design front bumper, side skirts, rear spoiler, N-Sport Design 15-inch alloy wheels, and rounded up the look with an N-Sport emblem.
The Almera N-Sport comes in manual and automatic transmission variants and comes in Brilliant Silver, Bluish Black, and Sapphire Metallic Blue. It’s now available in all Nissan dealerships nationwide with a starting price of P735,000.
