MANDAUE CITY, a part of the Metro Cebu area and considered a key growth zone in Cebu province, is projected to see a continued growth over the medium term with big projects coming up in the future. But while the city’s business outlook is bullish, an official from the Mandaue Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) cited traffic as one of its key challenges. “Mandaue will experience a strong and dynamic growth in the medium to long-term horizon,” MCCI Vice-President for External Affairs Steven Yu told The Freeman in an interview last week.
