A MOTORCYCLE rider is apprehended along EDSA near the Trinoma mall by enforcers of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) for not using the designated motorcycle lane yesterday, Nov. 22, the first day of strict implementation of lane rules. A private vehicle is also apprehended for using the yellow lane intended for public buses, while a bus driver is caught for not using the yellow lane. Traffic congestion in the capital is expected to worsen as the Christmas season draws near.
