THE MINDANAO Development Authority (MinDA), in partnership with the German International Cooperation Conflict Sensitive Resource and Asset Management (GIZ-COSERAM), holds the Do No Harm Framework Awareness Course Program in Cagayan de Oro City on Oct. 23-24 in line with the rebuilding of Marawi City. The two-day orientation aims to strengthen “conflict sensitivity” in the reconstruction process. Among the participants were representatives of Lanao del Sur province.
