LEECHIU Property Consultants (LPC) said it expects demand for office projects near Kalayaan Avenue in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) to rise once the new four-lane bridge connecting it to Ortigas Center will open by 2020.
In a statement, LPC noted projects in the area such as GSC Corporate Tower will benefit from the completion of the BGC-Ortigas Link by June 2020.
Miguel Manipol, associate director of LPC, said professional services firms, co-working spaces and even multinationals have shown interest in leasing office spaces at GSC Tower because of increase activity in the area bounded by Eighth, Eleventh and Kalayaan Avenues.
“You can find everything you need here, including easy access to public transportation,” he said.
Located along Triangle Drive near Kalayaan Avenue, the 15-storey GSC Corporate Tower is developed by Miventures Global Corporation. The Grade A office tower will have a gross leasable area of 11,900.40 square meters (sq.m.) and a typical floor area of 1,300 sq.m..
LPC Senior Manager Yeli Camus said GSC Corporate Tower, which is targeted for completion in the first quarter of 2020, is “likely” to be the only building within the business district to be completed this year.
