Art lecture

THE Ayala Museum and Alliance Française de Manille will hold a talk called “Art Appreciation: Understanding French Impressionism” on Aug. 25, 3-5 p.m. at the museum’s Ground Floor Lobby. Rescheduled concert

AFTER HAVING been caught up in the recent mess at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport which led to the cancelation of their concert last Saturday, K-pop group GFriend will hold the rescheduled concert this Sunday.

THE POSTPONED concert of Korean pop group GFriend which was supposed to be held on Aug. 19, has been rescheduled for Aug. 26, 7 p.m., at the Kia Theater at the Araneta Center, Cubao, QC. Season of GFriend in Manila is the group’s first solo concert in the Philippines. The show was postponed after the six-member girl group — consisting of Sowon, Yerin, Eunha, Yuju, SinB and Umji — was caught up in the airport mess that happened at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport after an airplane skidded off the runway. The producers My Music Taste announced that all tickets will be honored for the concert on Sunday. All eligible fans will still enjoy the perks bundled with their tickets. VVIP ticket holders are entitled to attend the red carpet, photo wall, question-and-answer, sound check and hi-touch.
