TWO earthquakes shook Nueva Vizcaya and other northern Luzon provinces on Tuesday afternoon. The first quake with a magnitude of 4.8 occurred at 12:16 p.m. Its epicenter was traced 4 kilometers (km) off Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya. On the other hand, the second tremor, with a magnitude of 3.8, occurred a minute after the first one. Its epicenter was located 5 km off Kapaya, Nueva Vizcaya.
