UBER RIDERS can enjoy special ice cream delivery service curbside today as the ride sharing app holds a promotion called Uber Ice Cream.
Uber Ice Cream is happening in over 400 cities in 69 countries around the world today, July 15.
Uber partnered with Unilever for the delivery of Magnum Infinity ice cream bars in various areas across the globe. This is the third year that Uber Ice Cream is being held in Metro Manila.
To participate, Uber users should open the app between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., set their location, and select “ice cream.” Once connected, they can place their order away and the Magnum ice cream bars will be delivered curbside in minutes. Runners will deliver four bars of ice cream (along with a surprise) for a discounted rate of P199. Uber Ice Cream will be available in the following areas within Metro Manila: Legaspi and Salcedo Villages, Makati; Greenhills, San Juan; Ortigas Center, Pasig; The Fort BGC, Taguig; Eastwood, Quezon City; Katipunan, Quezon City; Alabang, Muntinlupa; Taft Ave., Manila; and, Cubao, Quezon City.
