TWO members of the Philippine National Police Special Action Force (PNP-SAF) assigned in Mindanao were charged with moonlighting after being involved in an altercation in a subdivision in Muntinlupa City.
“We do not tolerate our people going outside their boundaries,” national police chief Rommel Francisco D. Marbil told a news briefing on Monday. “They were assigned in Mindanao, but we were surprised to see they were here. That should not be happening, especially in the special unit.” — Chloe Mari A.
