One establishment, the Henann Resort, has part of its swimming pool within the no-build area. Mr. Cimatu earlier had a meeting with Bohol provincial officials and the Panglao Island and Tagbilaran Executive Council (PITEC), where he was presented with a list of more than 40 establishments with easement and other violations.
