Guerrero, whose term ends in April, will be appointed next to head the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina). “Yang si Jagger, pagkatapos niyan (AFP), siya yung maghawak ng Marina na pinaalis ko kay sige travel,” Mr. Duterte said in his speech at a main military camp in Compostela Valley. — Arjay L.
