ORTIGAS & Company has inked an agreement with Santos Knight Frank “which will allow the fully-integrated real estate services company to facilitate the leasing of Ortigas’s units for Royalton and its office-for-sale projects with its owners.”
The Royalton is expected to turn over units in the next few months. The 64-storey luxury residential tower is located within Capitol Commons, a 10-hectare mixed use development in Pasig City.
Ortigas & Company has also been introducing new office buildings in key locations around Metro Manila, such as The Glaston Tower in Ortigas East. It also broke ground for The Offices at the Galleon in Ortigas Center.
“The appointment of Santos Knight Frank for the company’s office-for-sale projects will allow investors to provide other businesses and companies to have a piece of the Metro’s next business addresses of choice,” Ortigas & Company said.
