DMCI HOMES has started turning over this month the second tower of Lumiere Residences in Pasig City, a year earlier than originally scheduled.
The West Tower, which offers 846 residential units worth P2.8 billion, has already been sold out. The East Tower was marked ready for occupancy (RFO) in October last year.
Lumiere Residences, a three-tower development, is located at the corner of Pasig Boulevard and Shaw Boulevard.
DMCI Homes said the turnover of the West Tower and the East Tower was a year earlier than their original target RFO schedule of June 2019 and October 2018 respectively.
A third tower, North Tower, is targeted for turnover in November 2020.
DMCI Homes President Alfredo Austria attributed the early completion of its projects to the company’s strong partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.
“It has been our business philosophy to treat people we deal with as partners to pursue our mission of providing quality homes at best value delivered on or ahead of schedule,” Mr. Austria said.
Lumiere Residences attracted start-up families, young professionals and investors looking for centrally located properties, as well as resort-inspired amenities.
