DMCI PROJECT DEVELOPERS, Inc. said construction of its two-tower residential condominium project in Pasig City is halfway through completion.
In a statement, the company behind DMCI Homes brand said Brixton Place’s 46-storey tower Brent is 50% completed as of March.
“Structural and masonry works are currently ongoing at the roofdeck while the residential units are being prepared for the start of turnover in September next year,” DMCI Project Developers said.
Weston, the second tower, is 42% completed with construction now on the 32nd floor of the 46-storey building. Weston is on track to be completed by May 2022.
Brixton Place is located on a 9,000-square meter property along West Capitol Drive, Kapitolyo.
Launched in 2016, the project is now sold out.
Among its resort-inspired amenities include a fitness gym, game area, gazebo, lounge, activity lawn, pool deck, sky lounge, basketball court, picnic area and sky promenade.
