FREE WiFi access will soon be available in more public areas in Dagupan City following Friday’s signing of an agreement between the local government and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). The accord was signed by Mayor Brian C. Lim and DICT Secretary Gregorio B. Honasan II. Government data from the freepublicwifi.gov.ph site shows there are 12 places in Dagupan with live access as of Dec. 2019. These include eight public schools, the public library, health center, Region 1 Medical Center, and the DICT Dagupan City PoP.
