MASS HOUSING developer Bria Homes is holding a Grand Open House in all its 50 projects on Nov. 16 and 17.
Bria communities will be open to the public this weekend. Prospective buyers can check out Bria Homes’ economic housing model units — Bettina, a two-storey townhouse, and Alecza, a single firewall bungalow, as well as recreational amenities.
Bria Homes also offers house-and-lot packages and condominium units.
“Prospective buyers who make reservations on Nov. 16 and 17 will be entitled to the following perks: free application fees for electricity and water connections; waiving of Homeowners’ Association (HOA) membership fees; and waiving of bank charges for bank-financing payment mode,” the subsidiary of Golden Bria Holdings, Inc. said.
Home buyers can also get up to P50,000 worth of cash discount and gift certificates upon move-in for bank-financed housing loans.
