CUSTOMS BROKER Mark Ruben G. Taguba, who has been under detention by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in connection with the P6.4-billion drug smuggling case last year, was transferred to the police headquarters in Camp Crame on Tuesday afternoon, according to an advisory by the NBI. The transfer is in compliance with an order by the Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 46, which had ordered Mr. Taguba’s arrest last January.
