World Macaron Day
TWG TEA celebrates World Macaron Day with its signature handcrafted tea-infused macarons. From March 16 to 19, customers will receive a complimentary box of six, 12, or 24 macarons with a minimum single-receipt purchase of P1,500, P2,500, and P4,000 respectively for dine-in or retail. To sweeten things up, a special offer awaits on March 20. There are TWG Tea Salons & Boutiques at Greenbelt 5, Shangri-La Plaza, and Central Square. TO CELEBRATE the traditional Japanese Meat Day, Ruby Jack’s steakhouse at City of Dreams Manila, together with its sister branch in Tokyo, is offering selected beef cuts at half the price every 29th of the month. In Japan, 29, read as “2” and “9,” is “ni” and “ku” in Japanese, which, when combined is “niku” which means “meat” in Japanese. It is popular among Japanese to eat meat on this day.
