WIDE WIDE World Express Corp. (W Express) is planning to open 19 new branches, starting with two new outlets in Mandaue City, Cebu and Sorsogon City, Sorsogon.
“We recognize the growing demand of the customers in the identified provincial expansion areas, thus, we want to continue our commitment by providing a logistics service closer to them,” Dawn J. Feliciano, chairman and president of W Express, said in a statement on Monday.
The branches in Mandaue City and Sorsogon City, which will offer the full range of logistics services, are scheduled to open this month.
The company’s expansion will focus on Davao City and Iloilo City, as well as other “growth areas” in Visayas and Mindanao. W Express currently owns and manages more than 130 branches nationwide.
W Express offers logistics solutions, express delivery of small to heavy packages or cargos, door-to-door delivery through land, air, and sea, authentication services, and pharma delivery and collection. — V.M.P.Galang
