THE MAGNOLIA Residences, a project of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), was named the Best Residential High-Rise Development in the Philippines 2019-2020 at the Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA) held in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Magnolia Residences is part of The Magnolia Town Center, a five-hectare mixed-use development in New Manila, Quezon City.

Now on its fourth and final tower, The Magnolia Residences offers comfortably-sized units and resort-inspired indoor and outdoor amenities.

Among its amenities include children’s playground, swimming pool, badminton court, tennis room, fitness gym, yoga room, library and gardens.

RLC projects have received awards from APPA in previous years. It won Best Residential High-Rise Development in the Philippines and Asia Pacific (2018-2019) for The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place, and Best Residential High Rise Development in the Philippines for Chimes Greenhills (2017-2018).
