ETON Properties Philippines, Inc. launched the eWestPod building in Makati City.

ETON Properties Philippines, Inc. has launched two new office buildings, targeting business process outsourcing (BPO) companies and local units of multinational companies (MNCs) that are expanding in Makati City and Quezon City.
In a statement, Eton Properties said eWestPod in Makati City and Centris Cyberpod Five in Quezon City are “ready to serve companies looking for new headquarters or expansion locations.”
The two office buildings are situated within Eton’s integrated communities, which also offer dining, retail, and residential options.
Located in Eton WestEnd Square along Chino Roces Avenue in Makati, eWestPod has six floors of office space that can be used by multinational companies for their local operations. The master planned development also houses the eWestMall, which offers two floors of retail space.
Centris Cyberpod Five is hoping to attract BPO firms with its 25 storeys of premium working spaces, 100% emergency back-up power, 24/7 security system, sufficient elevators and parking spaces.
Since it is within Eton Centris, employees working at the Centris Cyberpod Five will also have access to restaurants, shops, fitness centers, a supermarket, events center and green spaces. It also has its own transport hub, and a mall with direct access to the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) Quezon Avenue Station.
“With the right office space, BPOs and multinational companies can poise themselves for bigger growth in the country,” the real estate unit of tycoon Lucio Tan’s LT Group said.
Eton Properties is also planning residential projects and a hotel at the Eton Centris development, located at the corner of EDSA and Quezon Avenue.
The developer reported a net income of P348 million in 2017, as rental revenues grew 9% to P1.4 billion. Rental revenues accounted for 62.2% of Eton Properties’s total revenues, as the lease contracts were renewed at higher rates for the BPO offices. — CRAG
